Don't like the product? You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt. You pay the return costs.

There is a right of return provided that:

  • If the item is complete
  • It is in its original condition and packaging
  • It falls within the period of 14 days

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Bloombol with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bloombol.com.

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receipt of your return and in accordance with the above conditions.

If the product or the packaging is damaged, we can pass on the depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@bloombol.com for this . You must pay the costs for returning the product.

did you provide a wrong address?

Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@bloombol.com. We will then try to change the order for you.
