I have not yet received my order, what now?

If you have not yet received your order, you can check the status of your order via the DHL track and trace code that you received via email. Didn't receive it? Have a look in your spam folder.

Has the order already been delivered according to the track and trace but you have not received anything? Please contact us at info@bloombol.com .

Or have you ordered a pre-order? Then your package will be sent later. We ship pre-orders of spring flowering mid-September and pre-orders of summer flowering we ship at the end of April.
